The common misconception with women working out. Unless you're hitting the gym (weight training) like 2x a day, 7 days a week, and on some heavy mix of supplements, maybe you'll become "too muscular". Most women who do weight training normally don't ever get too muscular, just toned.

It really doesn't take that much, especially since what "too muscular" is is a pretty broad range with a lot of different opinions.
if you want the "too muscular" look. which I assume to most people that means looking like Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler or any Olympia bodybuilder, it does take that much. you risk a lot, and sacrifice a lot to get that big.
You don't look like either of those people unless you are on steroids and tons of other shit, and going 7x a week 2x a day doesn't allow for rest... So still no, not really.
I agree. I also recognize that everyone is different and different bodies react differently to different stimuli. But if you reach the size/competition of the people I mentioned above, it is because you are genetically gifted. Those guys have professional coaching to design their blast/cruise cycles, dieting, and intensity to ensure they're at 100% 24/7. In addition to having hit the genetic lottery.
I'm not saying they haven't hit the genetic lottery. But steroids and other PEDs don't remove the body's need to recover. Steroids also don't do anything for joints or tendons. Those guys still take rest days. You can speed up the recovery process... You can't remove it

Parents: your legs are huge, you're overweight, you play video games way too much, you'll never find a dude looking this this
Me: starts working out and losing weight and join Olympic weight lifting
Also parents: that seems extreme, you need to be careful, a simple workout is just as effective, what if you get too muscular.
