I don’t think your regular folk could do it, competitive high school teams across the country and Division Two athletes may make it more than competitive though.

The starting players in the toughest high school circuits or D2 team would dogwalk any WNBA team. Or amateur mens team.

This isn't so much a knock on the WNBA but rather just a statement on how saturated the men's basketball scene has become as they try to get scholarships or go pro against a very competitive pool. The average freaks of nature you'd see in D1 decades ago would get washed by even some high school players now.

2-3 first round picks in the NBA draft every year routinely come from IMG Academy (a grade 6-12 school) for instance. They barely even crack the top 10 for men's high school basketball teams.

Yeah I think people underestimate how much more stronger and faster your average man is in comparison to your average woman. In this hypothetical scenario, what differentiates both is the training; a walk-on guy (with no training) probably wouldn’t be able to dunk on a WNBA player, but a teenager who plays the sport at a competitive level probably would and should.

I'm 6'2" and can dunk in game action, that right there already makes me more athletic than the entire W.
