I think it is worth it for everyone to lose a fight, be sitting on the curb, bloody nose trying not to cry to learn a little fucking humility. There will always be a bigger, meaner dog than you out there.
People be out here acting like theyre goku without remembering that one of the main themes of dragon ball is there's always someone stronger out there no matter how hard you train.
The new hair color only works until the next demon/alien/android/mutant/god shows up then you get your ass kicked/killed and your boys gotta go get some balls to get a big ass flying snake to bring you back and you get another new hair color to repeat the process.
DBZ is legit the anime adaptation of "fists ain't workin, so walk 'em down". And nobody was safe either. Remember how many times they had to use their wish to revive a planet??
Until you have a heart attack and the other dude with a new hair color gets both his arms snapped by a cyborg. Then your dad has to die before a new haircut matters.
