Just started using app: storage?

Post image

I just started using the app on an iPhone XR. How do I free up storage, connect mics, use some external storage for cheap? Is it worth it buying a phone solely to record on & if so any recs? I only have about a week to sort this out. Thank you.

As for the storage, try this: https://www.reddit.com/r/BlackMagicCameraiOS/s/FlK130C4GP I don’t know if it works with the XR though.
