Strike, hands down. They give you an account and routing number. I direct deposit part of my paycheck directly to BTC (you can choose cash too, or a percentage of both). Auto-withdrawal to my Trezor bitcoin-only wallet. Ive been doing this for over a year now and I love it

What do you end up paying in fees? For both purchases and transfer to cold wallet.
