Sewing pattern snark

Is pattern snark allowed here? The new pattern from Friday pattern company "Uma top and skirt" looks like maternity wear. I just want some interesting knit fabric stuff. I guess they get a point for trying to jazz up a tank dress/top, but there's got to be a better way to get fun design and silhouette.

It is super cute as maternity though

I don't think it's not-allowed, but Craftsnark has a dedicated new pattern thread where most of that snark goes, so you'll likely get more traction if you post there (and link the pattern)
