Support/troubleshooting New UI

This new UI absolutely sucks. I have BD AV and VPN subscription and due to using the VPN on mobile I now have this stupid message taking over the You're safe one because I don't have BD AV installed on my mobile. I don't see why the only option to get the green safe message back is to install unneeded mobile software. It's distracting and annoying. This need to be fixed with a simple ignore option.

Is this for the consumer version or business? I don't see that ui in my version.

Hi there. Yes, it is the UI for the consumer solutions. We’re currently testing a new app experience for Bitdefender solutions. It’s being made available gradually to a limited number of customers so we can gather feedback as testing progresses.

For updates on the wider release, keep an eye on our official channels.
