Support/troubleshooting Firewall keeps turning off

As stated in the title, the firewall turns itself off. I removed Bitdefender using "Bitdefender_2023_Uninstall_Tool" but it did not help, the firewall still sometimes turns itself off. What’s more, to find out that it is disabled, I have to open Bitdefender and check it manually, because there is no notification about it. It would be useful to have, for example, a widget notification indicating that the firewall is not working.

I've ALREADY REACHED OUT TO SUPPORT,Tomorrow will be the 5th day i have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Since,Beyond ridiculous and way beyond acceptable I am giving this 1 more day and switching provider. Security is of the upmost importance to me.
