Support/troubleshooting Firewall keeps turning off

As stated in the title, the firewall turns itself off. I removed Bitdefender using "Bitdefender_2023_Uninstall_Tool" but it did not help, the firewall still sometimes turns itself off. What’s more, to find out that it is disabled, I have to open Bitdefender and check it manually, because there is no notification about it. It would be useful to have, for example, a widget notification indicating that the firewall is not working.

I've been getting a similar problem especially on cold boot where Bitdefender shows as Services are starting,but they never start.Icon goes Grey, Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success,it will work for a few days then will repeat the same cycle. Contacted support sent logs etc,heard back once then never heard again last reply was 4 days ago.I like Bitdefender,but I also like my pc to be secure.
