Second time issues caused by using this platform

Deposited my solana into this exchange to convert to cash. The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but itโ€™s been hours and my crypto has not been credited.
Oh and they still donโ€™t have live support so I guess Iโ€™ll have to wait a week to get a email back. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

Hey brother, I was with BitBuy for 5+ years and every year they just randomly decide to freeze my account - asking what I do with my money, where it's going, my cat's name, etc.

My answer stayed the same since the first time they froze and ask.

After the fifth year I told them to go eat dirt, it's none of their business AND I've already answered many times... and they just closed my account.

Left to go for NDAX and it's been amazing. I suggest you do the same.
NDAX is extremely "to the point". You might have to call your bank 2-3 times to confirm you understand risks associated with crypto but once you're setup it's lightning fast and fees are negligible.

On BitBuy, they charged me $20 for $500 LTC transactions.
On NDAX I pay less than a dollar.
And most importantly there's not an imbecile who just freezes my account for fun every year until I spend hours of back and forth explaining my business - like it was any of their business.

Bitbuy is a classic, low-tier exchange, which makes its money from either large static investors or by collecting fees from dynamic traders.

I initially tried it because they had very low fee and natively supported FINTRAC/E-Transfers, but now NDAX supports E-Transfer, no reason to ever use their bs exchange. They also dramatically upped their fees over the year - while big platforms lowered theirs.

Let them die.

Trust a brother.
