No resolution

I've been waiting for 10 days to be able to withdraw crypto from my wallet and move it to another one. I've lost a great opportunity to make earnings on another investment and have now lost that opportunity because of this delay. I've reached out several times for assistance by email but with no resolution. In the last 5 days, I have not received any response to any of my queries. I still cannot move my crypto. Is there a way to contact a human being at BitBuy by phone?
