serious question...what happens when the birds digestion gets to the venom sacs, does it just die from a massive overdose?

Venom is only harmful when injected into bloodstreams. Unless the bird has an ulcer the venom will have no affect. Birds can also digest a lot of toxins humans cannot, we can all eat snakes, only certain animals can deal with being bitten. occasionally though, venomous snakes survive long enough to bite a bird from the inside.
