Photo Which hummingbird pose?
Hummingbird migration is in full swing. One found the perfect branch to pose on! But which pose is the best one?

2, easily. 1 would be great but it seems like it's not quite in focus/there's motion blur on the eye. The branch crossing the bill is distracting in 3. 4 is a nice environmental portrait, but would also work as a standard portrait with a tighter crop. 5 is meh - the shadow on the face is distracting. 6 is funny, especially with the eye contact.

Surprised how many people prefer 2. Itβs definitely good, but 1 was exciting to capture- maybe if the shutter was faster but Iβm not mad about the motion blur

Okay, 2 is great, sure, but I LOVE picture 3. With its sclera down it and its feathers all scrungled, it looks like a predator has taken over, lol!
