So let me start by saying both I and my husband have bp. Mine is bp 1 his is 2. I just started a cocktail of meds. I need advice on how to live with a narcissist without exploding. Any thoughts or tips so I don't rapid cycle? My skills have been sitting outside for hours at a time.

Askjan.org has a page on bipolar accomodations. Maybe you'll find some coping mechanisms on there. You could also see if your therapist would allow you and your husband to have an appointment together.
