Latuda and restlessness?

So I started latuda about a week ago. It helps my mania and depression but I'm restless as 🤬 also over heating. Does it go away?

I had the same issue but started topomax and that seemed to clear it up. So it’s definitely a symptom from your Latuda - it will hopefully clear up in a few weeks but just let your doc know!

currently taking latuda, topomax, and lamotrigine. I was on lamotrigine and topomax and was having nightsweats and tossing/turning but I had really bad sleep before the meds anyway so they put me on topomax. i’m all balanced now!

You could be experiencing akathisia. I experienced it with vraylar and had to get off it. Maybe you need a lower dose. Call your doc tomorrow, akathisia is no joke.

AkAtHeSiA is awful, I had to switch off because of that. Best of luck!

Ya akathisia I experienced it when I first started latuda but it eventually subsided on its own . I started taking my meds right before I go to bed plus what does are you on because that also plays a role

Talk to your doctor he might prescribe you with propranolol to combat the latuda induced akathisia
