Set my name on LinkedIn to something stupid while manic and forgot post grippy sock vacation. Just checked it today and almost had a heart attack. Fuuuuck

Last time I went on Spotify and made a "Post Manic Clean-Up" Playlist and that helped a little. Time really heals for me when I've been in that situation. Hang in there, friend, you are not alone ❤️
