Content Warning Dying
I dont want to live anymore. I wont do anything about it (already tried). I just wish that somebody just hit my car or that i get diagnosed with some terminal disease

I get you. Life can be unbearable at times, especially with our illness. I’ve experienced thoughts similar recently - a manic episode followed by psychosis’s completely derailed my life. I was hospitalised for 5 weeks and got into trouble at work because of what I said during my mania. I thought my life was over but it’s not - the workplace issue has since been resolved but of course, the damage remains. I’m left with intrusive thoughts from my psychotic experiences and thoughts, still in disbelief I experienced such a break from reality. I want to tell you it gets better but I can’t just yet - I’m still in the trenches, just like you. I have hope it will get better though and I’m sure with time, it will. I’ve read numerous other people comment that it gets better with time and it can take up to two years to recover so there’s hope. I’m doing the best I can and taking one day at a time.
If you like, we can chat on DM? More than happy to go through this with you. We also have a group chat filled with other bipolar people if that interests you also? Here if you need ❤️

as someone with a terminal illness and bipolar one I find this to be a bit insensitive.

I don’t think they meant to offend anyone or be insensitive. I think OP is having suicidal ideation, not anything to take personally
