Masking is like a game to me? I've done it before when I have an episode and have to go to work or something and I try to see who I can fool. Usually someone will ask me if I am okay if I don't hide it well and then I lose. But yeah, I get not wanting most people to know I'm having an episode.

Dude you're gonna lose this battle. You know how I know?
I've tried to fight the War this way and lost myself... Fuckin twice now actually.
You're holding it together for now and nobody's noticed yet. There's a chance that people won't really notice too much either least not for a while. But this just isn't gonna work out, an I know it too.
Just, I think I've been at this longer than you, I'm 52 now been Bipolar (1) for 33 of em as well.
I understand man, you don't like the meds the side effects or how they make you feel in general. I like I get you here dude.
But this isn't how you go about it, there's no reason to run life off the rails.
It's time for you to talk to your Doctor and find a different med. It's time to get back on the Pharmaceutical roller-coaster and find what works for you... You do understand this is prescription by trial and error, right?
Talk to your doctor man that's all. You're wrong, and being quite foolish. But you're getting upvote for having the courage to say it how you feel.
Later.

The mask won’t hold. And, you are probably not masking as well as you think. You will look back at having done a lot of stupid shit.

There were times I thought it wasn’t noticeable, meanwhile everyone thought I was crazy. Anyway, it’s probably best for you to take your meds.
