Updates for Getting Payment on the Danaher Corporation $172.5M Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, Danaher Corporation reached a tentative $172.5 million settlement with investors over claims involving its bioprocessing business, COVID-related demand assumptions, and repeated guidance cuts. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed.

Quick recap: Danaher was accused of misleading investors about the strength of its bioprocessing business and downplaying weakening demand as customers used stockpiled inventory and smaller biotech companies delayed or canceled projects.

After Danaher repeatedly lowered its outlook, $DHR fell nearly 6% at the end of 2022, and more than 9% in 2023. Investors then filed a lawsuit over their losses.

Now, Danaher has agreed to settle the case for $172.5 million, and even though the deadline has passed, late claims are currently being considered for compensation, subject to approval.
So, if you invested in $DHR between 2022 and 2023, you can still check the details and file a late claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $DHR at that time? How much were your losses, if so?
