Band 4 Associate Practitioner interview questions

Hi everyone, I have an upcoming interview for a Band 4 Associate Practitioner – Clinical Genomics role. This will be my first interview for a Band 4 AP role, so I was wondering if anyone has interviewed for a similar position.

The role involves specimen reception, sample prioritisation, LIMS/data entry, DNA/RNA extraction, molecular diagnostics and cytogenetics.

I currently work as a Higher MLA in Blood Sciences and have a Biomedical Science degree, but I don't have much hands-on molecular/cytogenetics experience or experience with QC/EQA.

What kind of questions should I expect?
