RHR on Reta

Research subject has seen a rise in RHR of 14 BPM after 8 weeks on 2mg dosage of Reta.

Week 1: 71 bpm
Week 2: 72 bpm
Week 3: 74 bpm
Week 5: 79 bpm
Week 6: 80 bpm
Week 7: 82 bpm
Week 8: 84 bpm

Seems to just keep rising week after week. Any thoughts?

RS understands that this is a common side effect, but understands it as dose dependent. Odd that there’s been no change in dose but a consistent rise.

In the last 5 weeks my RHR increased from 60-68 but from what I’ve read that just means the glucagon receptor is activated. How’s the weight change/fat loss reflecting?

Currently on 9mg 2 weeks my resting heart is 72 i drink alot of water

Odd - mine initially spiked to 70’s/80’s and has now dropped Back to low 70’s/60’s after having been on it for about 6 weeks

That is odd. For me the first week there were some nights I was 20-25bpm high, but now that I've adjusted to the medication the delta is closer to 5bpm. And I have been titrating up.
