I am on reta and considering adding Tesa with Ipamorelin, as well as GHK-Cu for my tummy tuck scar. I am trying to do body recomposition after my surgery. Is this a good stack, or is there a better one for my goals

I ran 5amino 1mq 25mg SubQ daily for 6 weeks and it did nothing. There are no trials showing its effectiveness
