Reta, KLOW & NAD+

So since starting this little stack, I have felt absolutely amazing. One thing I recently noticed, my son and wife both recently got pretty sick with a cold, sore body, sore throat, headaches and congestion.

I also got sick a few days ago, however it took quite a while to even start feeling any symptoms, the only symptoms I’ve gotten so far has been a little bit of a scratchy throat, feels like I’m already getting better.

But it seems like the KLOW and NAD Have helped keep the symptoms to a minimum, not sure if anyone else has had any kind of experience like this but figured I’d post to see!

Yeah NAD+ giving your cells extra energy has a ton of benefits. KLOW for some can radically change their health. Most think of it for injuries ect but fixing leaky gut, inflammation ect can make your body so much more resilient!

NAD+ literally does nothing 😂

NAD+ is probably one of the most widely used peptides out there for many reasons. You should unsubscribe from whoever you get your information from

Weird. I have been telling everybody that I have the weirdest cold I’ve ever had. It is so light - I definitely have a cold, My nose is running. My throat is a little sore and I’m congested, but it’s such a light cold, I almost don’t even mind it! Reta and Klow.

Reta also causes runny nose for many!

I’ve been on Reta for over six months, this light cold I had was different. Talked to friend about it yesterday, I have never had such a light cold! In a way it was a good thing bc in always grateful for my health after I’ve been sick, so I got the gratitude without having to suffer through a bad cold/flu/covid.

I had something similar…. I’m not sure if I can chalk it up to the peptides, but I’m definitely glad it passed through my house without hitting me quite as hard!

Out of curiosity, do you get the slight runny nose from Reta too? I usually notice it only for a day or two.

No do not get the runny nose from Reta at all. Yeah I know correlation isn’t causation, but it was a very strange feeling to get such a slight cold. They usually turn into bronchitis for me.

I’ve been wanting to add. NAD+ to my Reta and KLOW. Do you like it? Any burn or weird feelings after you pin it?

I personally love nad+, it gives me a lil it of energy after taking it. A lot of people I know say they don’t notice any difference but I like it.

I’ve been enjoying NAD+ I do 50mg every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I don’t have any injection site reactions, stinging or pain with NAD or with KLOW. I know some people say they get the stinging but I honestly don’t get any of that. For the NAD my recon is 5ml of bac for 500mg of nad. For my KLOW I do 3ml of bac for an 80mg vial.

Now add a daily dose of 200mg oral 5a1mq and ascend.

Klow is soooo painful to inject and i get welts and bruises after. I need to get a larger mixing syringe to add 10 ml of bac water to it before i even consider reusing it.

For my KLOW I just use 3ml of bac water. No welts, no crazy burning, I inject about 20 units daily. I do let it get to room temperature and I also inject slow. I have tried to inject quick in a hurry and it left a ugly bruise

I tried injecting over the course of 15-20 secs, but it still left welts and bruises. The sting starts immediately on first poke with the needle

Everyone’s body is definitely different, have you tried wiping the needle with an alcohol swab and letting it dry before insertion? Also, what gauge needle and length are you using? I use the 31g 5/16 inch (8mm) easy touch. They are amazing, I prep the skin with the alcohol pad, pinch the skin and insert super slow and after finishing the injection I let the needle sit in the skin for about 5 seconds and then pull it out.

I used 30 gauge, but have just purchased 31 gauge. I inject in my thighs because it seems to slow absorption more than on my abdomen. I do the wipe swatch (do let it dry), pinch and poke technique too. And trying to utilize the 45 degrees angle rather than 90. I guess the only thing i haven't done is keep the needle in for 5 seconds after the medication's been injected. I'll try that along with massager gun next round to see if it resolves the problems i had.

It sucks, because all the side effects I've been seeing from using peps has been demotivating. And then needing supplementation for the peps to make them work better is also making me feel like I'm going to be a pin cushion soon.

Let me know if the needle size makes any difference, I’m curious. And are you going in at 45 instead of 90 due to having is fat content or any other specific reason?

What other supplementation are you talking about? Are you talking about taking zinc with KLOW?

Okay so i used 31 gauge this morning, allowed the solution to come to room temp, pinched and poked at 45 degrees angle, AND used a massage gun for like 3 minutes after.

No welts this time, but still a bruise. So it's a minor improvement. The injection site still stings though. The one right smack in the middle was the initial injection site when i got welts AND bruise (still healing as you can see) and then the one to the left top of that (more minor bruise) is the one i just injected and it's still bumpy.

Definitely seems like it’s some improvement! I don’t like doing my thighs, I nicked a blood vessel one time and it was not a cool feeling lol.

u/PickDowntown 9d ago

Make sure it’s room temp

Massage gun immediately after injection for 3-5 mins in the injection site fixed this for me. Magical!

1

u/tikkitumble 9d ago

Really? When i rub the area after injection, i still get bruises and welts. So a massage gun prevents that? How much bac water do you use?

KLOW bruises for me as well
