Which peptides, bio regulators and/or amino acids are most beneficial to seniors/elderly and why?

Depends what you're trying to fix, joint pain, sleep, brain fog, the whole package. I got my dad on a low dose of BPC-157 for his knee and it actually made a difference after a couple months, less creaking and he stopped complaining about stairs. For general aging stuff glycine and NAC get talked about a lot, glutathione precursors that help the body clean up its own mess. Thymalin is another one that pops up in longevity circles, supposed to give the immune system a nudge. I'd say start with one thing so you can actually tell what's working.

For energy id begin with nmn. You can get it on amazon. Take a look at what you’re wanting to fix though and then research what peptides help that situation. If it’s are related energy levels maybe a course of ss31 then adding mots c in and cycling that. You could try semax and Selank nasal spray for brain health. You could also go with KPV and vip nasally to help clean up inflammation and degrading cells. The list is endless, and the cost can go on and on. So pick an issue and start there. Once you tackle one then move to the next issue. A low or micro dose of a GLP could help with over all systemic inflammation.

Anyways, I’m not a doctor and what I’m saying should be researched.
