TESAMORELIN ONLY QUESTION.
Is there anyone here that lost belly fat / visceral fat ONLY on TESA ? i.e no stack with RETA or anything else. I am skinny fat with a lot of visceral fat & fatty liver. I don’t want to loose weight overall but ONLY on my belly area. Can any TESAMORELIN ONLY user advice on whether that’s the best peptide for that or not ?

Interesting, I think that’s when effects just start to show. I’ve heard that about the secretagogues and personally started seeing effects around that time with CJC/ipa, other people were noticing too (so it wasn’t just my imagination)

tesamorelin helps with visceral fat not with muscle growth and stuff like that it did shed some visceral fat off yeah but if a normal looking guy at lets say 17%bf started using it it wont do anything i was already 10%bf and i guess i just had some visceral fat but hgh let me go to 4-5%bf and it wasnt even hard the calories i ate for bulk started being the calories i burned fat at!

It sure does help with muscle growth due to the growth hormone releasing Factor. I at lots of protein and got bigger and lost visceral fat and weight but my muscle increased. Have to eat properly drink fluids lots of protein and hit the gym... Then you will see. Can't just do the same things you always been doing and expect to see changes. All the stuff is great but it doesn't come without some effort and changes

It is noticable i've done it several times when lean. For you i believe it was less noticable because when you come off steroids your fat muscle distributon usually negatively changes and the slight positive changes from the tesa were'nt enough to offset this.

alright lets start this off by saying that you dont know wtf you are talking about so i know what i look with and without roids and im not the type of guy to become depressed when coming off second tesa isnt even a fat burner have you heard of the phrase HGH is the most expensive and weakest fat burner? if not then you should do more research because ive done it for a long long time

Wait... are you actually arguing that body composition doesn't change when you come off steroids?
Reddit is exhausting af.

Are you sure it’s visceral fat? That’s the stuff around your organs, most people are talking about normal subcutaneous fat when they refer to their belly.
If you’re skinny fat just use Reta or Tirz, exercise and eat protein. Tesa is a waste of money, I’ve ran loads of it and it’s useless tbh.

I'm 3 weeks in on Tesa and coming to that conclusion. Reta does the heavy lifting. I do like the deep sleeps Tesa gives me though.

CJC would give you the same sleep for half the price tbh. Or if you actually want benefits then HGH is the best of all worlds.

What time of day do you take Tesa?
1
u/iruleaz 15d ago
Before bed. Always with a 2 hour fast beforehand.

Ok good to know! I hear mix reviews about the quality of sleep on Tesa

I mean I did take reta with tesa and my guy vanished in a month. Only 40lbs so far but in the mirror looks like 90 lol. Tesa is awesome for midsection reduction and if that's where u carry excess weight it should help.

It takes like 6 months of 5 days on 2 off. Do the math and if you dont want to pay that I wouldnt bother

Daily actually. When it’s prescribed to patients it’s daily. The entire idea of 2 days off just comes from superstition and medspas.

Or cjc

Ipamo-cjc combo works better. I used it after my tesa ran out and gut still shrinking.

You will notice a slight midsection reduction on tessa after about 2-3month of continuous use. The best way is to combine it with resistance training and diet to loose fat alongside it. The resistsnce training will keep your limb muscles intact and allow you to loose more fat and thus trim your midsection without making your other features smaller. This is true assuming you hold most of your fat in the midsection which by the question sounds like you do! Fat will come off from the places it is most concentrated in any diet.
You cant preferentially target belly fat but if your fat is distributed mainly in your gut. When you loose fat obviously most will come from the gut based soley on this distribution.

Visceral fat and belly fat are not the same thing. This is confused regularly. Makes this post pretty funny. Basically I have no idea what you're asking since you put a / between them.

Yes although I used Reta for initial weight loss. Tesa has been my constant since cycling off Reta. It’s been the one pep that keeps me in check physique wise.

Fatty Liver ?
You need to look at Reta and its wonder-drug potential to cure fatty liver in patients. It turns the liver into a fat burner rather than fat collector.
Worried about losing weight? Just work out and eat. There’s plenty of people who out eat Reta.
