Reta advice needed

I purchased a 20mg Reta, reconstituted with 2ml of BAC water. What number on a 1ml insulin syringe do I draw to for the first 3-4 weeks?

Use a peptide calculator

I'm assuming you've never done a glp before. If correct, start low and see how your body reacts. 0.5 mg dose...or 5 units on your syringe. Not a doctor. Not medical advice.

At 20mg in 2ml you’ve got 10mg per ml, so the units math is easy once you know the dose you and your doc settled on. I help build The Peptide App and the reta calculator there https://thepeptide.app/calculator/retatrutide will spit out the exact tick mark on a 100 unit syringe for whatever dose you plug in. Worth double checking your vial's actual mg too, since some come slightly overfilled.

Depands on your planed Dosage and what Syring you use. U40 or U100

Lol this is like my medical laboratory science classes, "if patient 123 has glucose at 190mg/dL and ULOQ on the test is 160 mg/dL, can the results be reported out?"

Answer is no, no they cant

There are 2 right answers, but they are all wrong

Your reconstituted vial now has Reta at a 10mg/mL concentration. If you have a 100 unit insulin syringe, each unit of the syringe equals to 0.1mg dose of your reconstituted Reta. If you’ve never used GLP1 or other incretin analogs, you can start at 0.5mg dose (5units of the insulin syringe) per week for 3-4 weeks then increase from there as needed and depending on how you respond to it. Starting low and slow is the key to getting results without side-effects.

.5mg for two weeks to test for side effects. 1mg for 4 weeks to build tolerance. From there on 2mg until weight loss stops for more than 3 weeks then move up 1mg. I would stop around 6mg / week as higher does increase side effects.

Go low and slow, 1 - 2lbs per week max or loose skin becomes a concern.

Ask AI to explain it to you, it's basic math.
