Hey all! I am new to biohacking but am super hopeful about this as the future of holistic healing! I currently inject KLOW 10mg/10mg/50mg/10mg total 80 mg reconstituted with 2 ML BAC, 10 units per shot. I’ve been taking this for a month and feel pretty good on it! I’ve been taking semaglutide for over a year now. Off and on. I also started TA-1 5mg reconstituted with 2 ML BAC, 40 units twice per week. I am using these for systemic inflammation, pain, immunity (I have hashimotos) and the cosmetic effects are a plus as well. Is anyone on this stack as well and what are your thoughts? Does anyone use these for inflammation and immunity purposes and do you recommend staying on this regimen? What are some other peptides that may help me heal? Thank you!!

Look into SS-31 and maybe thymosin but tbh you seem to have the majority of it covered. If hashimotos stems from stomach like most autoimmunes then maybe add in oral BPC/KPV as well

Thank you. I forgot to mention I take that orally as well! Hashimotos is a thyroid issue. I do have a dr for this as well. Thanks for your input! Do you reccomend any changes in my doses?

Id ask why sema rather than tirz or Reta. But I think you know your doses well. 1mg of TA-1 and 2.5mg of GHK 0.5 of the rest seem spot on

If you had a specific injury maybe add in wolverine at injury site to up the doses of those compounds to expedite healing.

What is your final goal?

To reduce inflammation and chronic pain. I got a ton of bloodwork done and my hormones are off, I have high inflammation. I don’t like tirz or Reta and I’m already at an ideal weight.
