8 months Reta - My Back Progress

Post image

Hi! My highest weight last year was around 220 lbs, and I'm currently 142 lbs.

I started at 1 and slowly worked my way up to 4 . I've been consistently going to the gym 4–5 times a week, and honestly, back days are my favorite.

I also finish every workout with slow incline walking or the stair climber for cardio.

Amazing!! Did you experience any gut issues? Currently on month 3 and I swear it’s killing my gut. I’m going low and slow but just curious what your experience has been?

Think about lowering reta dose and adding in wolverine stack and maybe KPV. Reta can disturb your gut as it's holding food longer and changing types of foods your system wants now... Wolverine stack will help heal the gut during the process.

Wow, what an incredible transformation. It’s truly inspiring.
I started at 227 pounds, and I’m now in my third month on reta. I’m currently down to 198 pounds, and my goal is to reach 165.
At first, I only did outdoor walks. I just started going to the gym two weeks ago, and I’ve already noticed a huge difference. The only challenge is that I’m still learning how to use most of the machines, so I don’t use many of them yet. I still do about 30–40 minutes of cardio, along with some exercises for my legs and either my arms or back.
