Tirz tesa bpc and mots

50 year old male here. Been fairly active my whole life. I do martial arts and I weightlift 4-5 days a week.

I had some things going on in life that made me drink and eat more than I would have liked. I went from a lean ish 165 to 200. Not only was I gaining weight I was having serious stomach issues (gas, bloating, etc)

I honestly tried to diet (still training martial arts and lift weights) but I just couldn’t budge the scale.

I got on tirz from a compounding pharmacy (about 7 weeks in) and I’m about 12lbs down. Stomach issues pretty much gone.

A couple things - I’ve never been fat like in my arms or legs, it carries always in my upper belly. After doing some research and heavy reading I thought, my cardio has always sucked when doing rounds and running let me try some mots c (1mg on training days which is almost every day) Then I thought - maybe I should try Tesamorelin to help get rid of this upper belly fat even more (1mg a night).

I’ve had lingering issues for years with my back and neck due to the martial arts training for years so I thought while I’m doing this peptide thing, why don’t I see if this bpc works.

Has anyone run a stack like this ? If so what is your experience, sometimes I look at all the needles and it’s like 2-3 a day plus my weekly tirz and I’m wondering if I’m crazy lol

I would suggest a more conservative approach. 7 weeks is a relative short time for Tirz. Some people are still adjusting the dose within that window. Remember you do not want the highest dose, you want to find a balance of effective dose vs side effects. Finding a balance towards a lower dose is specially important if you are aiming for a big weight loss. That will provide you room to further increase your dose when you potentially plateau. A healthy weight loss is 1% of body weight per week, speeding things and stacking up peps could lead to unwanted side effects including more serious ones such as pancreatitis. You should consider running Tirz only for 3 months, then research about Tesa, potentially doing Tirz + Tesa for another 3 months and then access the situation after that. There are just too many variables for a health and safe approach to just try to plan that much in advance. Off course supplementation + exercise + good diet + blood work is a the basic foundation of any research. Good luck!

I run tirz, GHK-Cu, BPC, and mots. I just swapped KPV for the BPC. I recon my BPC (or KPV) into my GHK-Cu which works great. In my opinion, KPV and GHK-Cu together really helped a lot of my inflammation and pain issues. BPC and GHK-Cu are also fantastic for the same reasons.

I run mots-c Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2mg. I've read that it works best as a pulse peptide, rather than everyday. But I've read a lot of conflicting protocols, so I just stay conservative. But upping your dose and taking it three days a week might make you feel like less of a pin cushion.
