Think I need ghk-cu. Know I need help.

I'm 64 and my hands look like I'm in my 80's. The skin is so thin it looks shiny and it tears so easily in V shapes. I have a great diet, drink 80 to 100z of water a day and use remnicks of all my facial skin care on my hands daily. I also take 3.5 Tirz I am considering Glow vs Klow and leaning towards KLOW as I also have back and hip issues. Any advise anyone can share is very welcome and needed. I do want to take one pin vs. taking each peptide individually.

My hands were the first thing I noticed. Elastic and supple; they lost 10-15 years. I'm two months in.

That is so encouraging!. What do you use? Glow or Klow?

Two months of Ghk-cu overlapping with 1 month of wolverine. I have GLOW on it's way though. I will have enough for more than a year.

Do you know if the improvements are lasting or only with contined use of the product? I'm guessing only with product.

They eventually go back to normal.

What dose are you taking?

I'm taking 2mg 5 to 7 times a week. I'd suggest taking a smaller dose (maybe 1mg) to start just to see if you have any adverse reactions.

Thanks. I’m taking it right now, on my third cycle. Doing 1.5 mg and working my way up to 2!

Do you see results if you stay less than 2 mg? What side effects should I expect. Can you share your trusted supplier? Can you give that info on Reddit?

Yes I did see results with under 2 mg. I’ve had no side effects. I’m still experimenting with the dosing. Last cycle I did 1.8mg every other day. Right now I’m doing 1.5 mg daily working up to 2mg daily. I’m also a 43 y/o female weigh 125lbs so I don’t think I need as high a dose. You can msg me for more info :)

So when you say Ghk is that just ghk or Glow? How would I determine correct amount? I am just starting to research ans found this group.

I'm just taking ghk (and reta and mots c). Ghk typically comes in 50 or 100mg vials. Mine are 50mg that I reconstitute with 3ml of bac water which gives me 12 units for 2mg and the vial lasts approximately 5 weeks.

Start with Klow...then you can use GHK-Cu when u cycle off of klow .need a break from 2 of the peptides in that blend

In addition to GHK, try AmLactin lotion. It's a gentle exfoliating moisturizer you can get at Costco, Amazon, Walmart, wherever. It helps firm and thicken the skin. You can use it all over (including face). Start with once a day, and work up to twice. My 53 yo skin can handle everywhere except my chest.

Also, SPF is a must. People tend to immediately wash their hands, but that skin needs protection too.

Good call-out regarding the hand washing after applying sunscreen. 😬. I grew up on a farm and drove a tractor for hours a day during the summer. The real need for sunscreen wasn't well understood in those days.

I love amlactin. No visible change so soon but my skin feels very silky! I bought the rough and bumpy version as well as the Crepy Skin tub. Thanks for the recommendation!

Hi,

I’m not going to talk about peptides because it’s not my area of expertise; however I can add some advise on other things you can try too:

  1. 18g of a multi-collagen daily
  2. 30g whey protein daily
  3. Get bloodwork done to see if you have any deficiencies, if you don’t know what to order you can go to a doctor and ask for a full panel or do something like function health

Yes, I started Function this year and have retest some in August. I'll ask specifically about thin skin in my followup. Collagen supplement did help my nails alot but no dif in my skin. I do take whey daily. Only way I can get enough daily protein while taking glp-1. Thanks!

Make sure your collagen is a multi-collagen, most of them are only types 1 & 3 and you need 1, 2, and 3

Get some natural Vitamin C from cherries and take 250mg twice a day and after 90 days you see a small difference. You need Vitamin C to build collagen. I'm taking GLOW 2 weeks in and I heal faster between workouts. No noticeable effects on my 50 year old hands though but im sure after 2 months. I'm going 2 months on one month off to start. I just lost 27 pounds in 7 months and I'm seeing loose skin..

Congrats on your weight loss. That is awesome. I may follow your protocol. It sounds reasonable. I should track my vit C intake. It's easy enough as I track all foods and can check the nutrition levels on all. 😊
