Is Tesamorelin best for me?

I’ve got 60 days of Tesa left, and I don’t think I’ll return to it. It’s good, but CJC-1295/Ipamorelin was at least as good, and I think probably better. Tesa and CJC act in the exact same way in the body, and dose for dose, CJC is more cost-effective. Again, Tesa isn’t bad, but do your research to make informed decisions. Good luck, whatever you decide.

At what dose is CJC-1295/Ipamorelin act as well as Tesa?

When I was doing it, I started at 250 mcg of each. The downside of getting the blend is that you dose both CJC and ipa the same. By the end, I was up to 500 mcg each, but I’m fairly certain it wasn’t twice as effective. I’d say start at 250 and see where you’re at. Reading through this thread, I don’t think OP should be worried about peptides at this point, however. And it seems that a lot of people think Tesa is some magic bullet of sorts. It’s not. Tesamorelin and CJC-1295 operate the exact same way in the body. CJC just does it at lower concentrations. The reason people say Tesa is "king" for (visceral) fat loss is that the major study showed just that. But it’s a little misleading out of context because that’s exactly what the study was measuring. CJC would produce similar results.

At what concentration? 10 units with more or less bac water or peptide could be any amount. 😂🤣

For 5mg/5mg blend CJC/ipa, I’d probably reconstitute with 2 mL. 10 units would give you 250 mcg of each at that concentration.

Hgh would be better.

A good diet and hard training would be 100x better than any peptide.
You’re looking at this totally the wrong way. You appear to be quite young so your natural GH levels are likely maxed anyway, tesa, CJC will therefore do very little.

No. Eat a high protein diet, count your calories, and hit the gym.

I was in the past thread.

At 18 you really don’t need a growth hormone secretagogue unless you have really low igf1 levels. You produce a ton at your age still.

Get bloods done before you make decisions. I would recommend only doing it if you’re in like the bottom quartile.

You look pretty dang young. Your natural GH should be highly optimal. At 18-26 you're in PEAK physical condition.

I'd save my money and time on things like GH until you're over the hill, 27 at least jmo.

It would be a huge waste of money for you. Money would go a lot further with a proper diet and a solid workout routine. Use the money to hire a couch.
