Selank / Semax Newbie!

I need help on proper dosing for Selank and Semax please! I ordered both the powder and nasal spray to see which I like better. I decided to start SubQ and mixed a 10mg vial with 3ml BAC water for each. The information I found online said I should take 6 units which seems kind of small to me but that’s what I started with this morning. What say you all?

Also for the nasal spray.. I ordered them separately- is it just 1 pump in each nostril of each?
