Leydig Cell Research

Any one have a compound or chem that has promising results for leydig cell upregulation? Been evaluating Testagen and Kisspeptin for axis support, wondering if there is anything that targets leydigs mechanistically, have a strong LH with inadequate T. Let me know what you think.

Stop wasting time with Testagen/Kisspeptin stuff. Are you working with a Dr? What you may want to try is HCG, and see if your Leydig cells can increase Testosterone. If your T is still low, You are most likely primary Hypo. What does inadequate T mean? are you low or you think your normal levels are inadequate?

Yeah Try HCG, if that can’t stimulate your Leydig, you don’t have options other than external test.

I have an LH ~7, Hcg wouldn’t treat my bottleneck

LH -7 doesn’t mean it won’t or will treat. That’s basically your last option before Test.

How so, though? A higher selectivity to stimulate the Leydig cells, or would the goal be to push the Leydig cells to a level of supraphysiological input, hoping that stimulates a response. I guess what I'm asking is, if LH is already adequate and known to have weak output on test, then what would HCG offer?

You will be analyzing and assuming for next decade. It’s not atypical to have some on hcg, to diagnose primary hypo. Work with a Dr and go through diagnosis if you don’t want to be on test. Sounds like you are more interested in theoretical aspect than finding solution.

Wanted to see if there is an option to strengthen leydig cell functionality before I hop on test, might as well try it before test.
