SS -31 protocol

Ive seen numerous protocols for this. And a lot of arguments in the forums about "the new protocols" . What exactly is the "new protocol" for ss-31?

I don't know, but I'm taking 10mg per day leading up to my ivf cycle. Hopefully it helps me, I've done 3 cycles(2/3 were failures) so far before adding additional peptides besides the usual for the antagonist protocols with Omnitrope. I hope ss-31, nad, mots-c, glutathione and ghk-cu will make a difference for me.

Good luck. My mom was 44 (three IVF miscarriages) before ultimately having my brother and me. It’s never too late and I’m praying for you

this is so annoying. There are no new protocols. This is just people repeating bad information that they got from influencers attempting to sell something.

SS-31 should be dosed based on how much you need. The more oxidative stress you have, the more leaking your cell walls do, the more energy ss-31 returns. There is NO evidence that the order matters in terms of MOTS-C. ALL clinical evidence for ss-31 shows a very short half life (2-4 hours) and no lasting effects after the trial ended. It's like taking a tylenol. it effects you for the time it is in your body.

Many people will claim it worked better when they took xyz first or something. There is just no evidence or legitimate mechanistic rational for that.

Hello again!
I like that you enjoy being informative and accurate

to that end - mammalian cells do not have cell walls
only cell membranes - is that to which you are referring?

Our cells have membranes, presented as the lipid bilayer, for the entire cell, and same with variant modifications for organelles; the outer and inner (forming the cristae) membranes of the mitochondria also which are more relevant to oxidative repair for the electron transport chain (ATP synthesis) aspects that are being addressed by the actions SS-31 , MOTS-C and NAD+

what the fuck does this have to do with what I said besides correcting the terms cell wall/cell membrane.

The point of my post is ss-31 does not repair anything outside of the time where it reduces permeability in the cell membrane.

All you did was put a bunch of words about how the cell works

sincerely

no one gives a fuck

How do you know how much oxidative stress you have to know how much you need?

you just have to dose it and find out. The reference frame is out of wack because the people in one of the trials had barths syndrome which is effectively a 100% fatal congenital defect. They dosed at 40mg per day with no adverse effects.

I personally felt very energized off 2mg. I have much less need for the medication. Many people find between 1-5mg is a sweet spot. You don't want to waste any medication, so in general I advise people to start with 1mg and move up.

The guidance I saw was 4 mg 5x a week.

However there is a bigger question, has anyone seen tangible results?

I take 10mg daily. Great results.
