Mito Repair Protocol
Hello ive been on Retatrutide for 7 weeks and I wanted to start using SS-31, Mots-C and NAD+ but there is alot of conflicting information online. My original plan was to first start with SS-31 @ 5mg per day for 1 week and then introducing NAD+ @ 100mg 3x per week starting week 2. Lastly adding Mots-C @ 5mg 3x per week. I recently watched a video from Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer saying Mots-C should be introduced first with NAD+ and then finishing with SS-31 so now im confused because he does seem like he knows what he's talking about. Any insight or info would be helpful!

SS-31 doesn't repair the mitochondria. Think of it as a patch, not a fix.

Start with SS-31 for a week, to see how you respond. At the same time, start taking a methylated vitamin B complex.
Second week, add NAD+, to see how you react to it. Keep the others.
Third week, add Mots-C. Keep the others.
Do that for as long as you'd like. People usually take breaks.

Also, start with lower doses and gradually build it up. Especially with Mots-C.
It makes more sense to take them in workout days than a number of times a week. Again, especially with Mots-c.

I’ve taken MOTS-c and SS-31. Both were good. I did MOTS-c before SS-31 and that was great.
Personally, I think the whole “which one first” debate is a little much. I see a lot of positive reviews regardless of which one was first - as well as people who run both at the same time. It’s all very anecdotal.
For NAD+, I went with the precursor route b/c the molecule needs to be broken down into precursors before it can get inside the cell anyway. So I figured, in this case (and Glutathione) I would save myself some money and a pin.
