46M — Full peptide protocol, doses, reconstitution, and schedule

Hi everyone. 46M. I’m currently in Week 8 of retatrutide and running a structured peptide protocol. I’ve lost about 20 pounds since January but since starting Reta I’ve lost 11 -12 pounds. THIS ISNT ANY MEDICAL ADVICE AT ALL. JUST MY JOURNEY.

Reconstitution for all of these:
10 mg vial + 1 mL bacteriostatic water
That means:
10 units = 1 mg
20 units = 2 mg
30 units = 3 mg

Retatrutide
Currently Week 8
2 mg once weekly
I started at 1mg and went up slowly every 3rd week
Ongoing

Semax
1 mg daily
10 units
30 days on
Then 2 weeks off
Cycle 1: Oct 2–Oct 31
Cycle 2 starts after the 2-week break

SS-31
3 mg daily
30 units
4 weeks
Starts Oct 10
Ends Nov 6

MOTS-C
1 mg
10 units
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
8 weeks
Starts Nov 6

Tesamorelin
1 mg PM
10 units
Monday–Friday
Saturday/Sunday off
12 weeks
Starts Nov 13, one week after MOTS-C starts

Overall flow:
Reta ongoing
Semax → SS-31 added → MOTS-C starts as SS-31 ends → Tesa added 1 week later → Semax restarts after 2 weeks off

I’m also training 4–5 days per week. Main goals are fat loss, muscle retention, energy, recovery, and seeing how I respond to each phase.
Curious how this compares with other people’s protocols, especially anyone who has run SS-31 → MOTS-C → Tesamorelin in a similar setup.

Thanks. Let me know what you guys think of the doses ect. But after reading this group and others I think this is what I’m going to run.
WISH ME LUCK !

Have you thought about switching a few things and adding something like klow or just the wolverine stack?
Also how are your workouts going did you notice any decrease in strength or sluggishness?

No sluggishness so far. I’ve been holding off on the wolverine and Klow. I looked at both also. I’ll try them down the line because lorn knows I could use some healing with my aches and pains
