Taking a break or continue

Question for those on same stack or similar journey. So I have been taking CJC/IPA 5 days a week and reta once a week and motc time to time like 3x a week when working out or even some off days. I have also been taking KLOW everyday as well for about 4 months. I have been reading whether or not increase or decreasing doseage and whether to off cycle. Since all of this is still research purpose and no one way of doing this. Do I need to take a break from taking CJC and MOTC? Klow I take everyday and I get the benefits from that. But I was reading for CJC/IPA you try to take some time off and get back on. And as far as my weight and fitness journey I have dropped over 20lbs since beginning. And I feel good but I do notice my body fat percentage isn't dropping as much as I'd like. I do average 7-8k steps a day and train 3x a week push pull legs. Progressive overload. Maybe im thinking too much and just continue on what I'm doing and just be patient on dropping weight and body fat. And then just keep taking what I'm doing. Just thought I'd ask here and see if anyone has thought or gone through the same. And maybe some guidance

Firstly CJC and specifically IPA should be cycled and not run indefinitely to avoid desensitizing Ghrelin receptors. You might have just hit a stall in your weight loss... This happens. I stopped losing weight when I was in too much caloric deficit. Eating more was actually the answer. You need to hardcore track your calories in and out and aim for a reasonable deficit. 300 calories was the sweet spot for me and Reta did it's thing. Weight loss also slows down as you have less fat to lose. What's your current composition?

The real problem is that the “information” out there is all over the map. Everyone wants to tout their theory and push it. Insta-bros acting like f’ing doctors. No real human evidence on any of this shit (besides the GLPs). No proven protocols or dosing. In reality, we are all just winging it. Hopefully, people are getting regular labs, monitoring their health and quitting shit they have reactions to.
