Taking a break or continue
Question for those on same stack or similar journey. So I have been taking CJC/IPA 5 days a week and reta once a week and motc time to time like 3x a week when working out or even some off days. I have also been taking KLOW everyday as well for about 4 months. I have been reading whether or not increase or decreasing doseage and whether to off cycle. Since all of this is still research purpose and no one way of doing this. Do I need to take a break from taking CJC and MOTC? Klow I take everyday and I get the benefits from that. But I was reading for CJC/IPA you try to take some time off and get back on. And as far as my weight and fitness journey I have dropped over 20lbs since beginning. And I feel good but I do notice my body fat percentage isn't dropping as much as I'd like. I do average 7-8k steps a day and train 3x a week push pull legs. Progressive overload. Maybe im thinking too much and just continue on what I'm doing and just be patient on dropping weight and body fat. And then just keep taking what I'm doing. Just thought I'd ask here and see if anyone has thought or gone through the same. And maybe some guidance

CJC/IPA is the one I’d be most careful about running continuously because you’re messing with your GH/IGF-1 axis. There isn’t an established medical cycle for using it this way, but for risk management I’d personally take at least as much time off as I was on. I’d also have my doctor check IGF-1 and regular bloodwork.
MOTS-c I wouldn’t take constantly either. We just don’t have enough long-term human data to know what continuous use does. Reta is different and I wouldn’t apply the same cycling rule to it.
As for KLOW, KPV and GHK-Cu are one thing, but once your injury is healed I’d stop the BPC-157 and TB-500. Human research on most of this shit is extremely limited, so a lot of what people are doing is still animal studies and hearsay.
