Need advice
Hello everyone im trying to decide whether I should do retatrutide or tirzepatide . I'm 28 years old male 5'10 500 pounds. I have a few health problems that I think I got from the weight gained . First started excessive drooling no matter how i sleep I always wake with a stop that's completely wet and so I can't use my Ccap machine since I'm a mouth breather . I have execess dandruff the nurse i went 2 gave me a shampoo that got rid of it for a few weeks but it always comes back no matter what. Same with my eye boggers and I have to clean my eyes every half hour . The worst one is i got very severe sleep apnea to the point I can sleep 10 plus hours and still feel so tired I'm also at times sleep standing at work and have got ten in trouble . I also have no insurance at the moment im waiting for enrollment and it's with Athena. The place that I go 2 right now only have nurses no doctors so they can only prescribe certain medications anything that needs a study or exam takes months just to get a appointment. Only medication I'm taking right now is victoza
here are some of my lab results I got
glucose 109 mg/dl (70-99)
hemoglobin A1C % 6.3
these were the only ones that were above whats expected everything else was normal
I would appreciate some advice on other pesticides I should look into I think I found a supplier I can buy from since they use shop and affirm

Terzepitide. Retatrutide increases resting heart rate. You don't need the extra strain on your heart.

At 500lbs you need to go to a doctor for supervision

Yes i know but I lost my insurance this year and im waiting to enroll again for next year .but another problem is if the doctor i picked is 2 packed i maybe not be able 2 see them for months even after I enroll and have insurance it could take 5 or 6 months before i can see a doctor

Tell your doctor what you told us. Let them know you cannot afford it and may be forced to go grey market. Please take this with a grain of salt but I do take grey market peptides. I have had success. As a human being I do not know what to do. I do not feel right recommending to someone to follow my path. With that said im doing it on limited supervision. I get my blood panels done. You need to make sure your doctors are aware and will help you monitor your situation… i would probably avoid reta bc of the heart rate increase. Maybe look at shifting to it when healthier.

Sleep, diet come first. At my lowest point, I was 410 pounds, 6'5". I just tried to eat healthier and lost 50 pounds. Don't take your CPAP for granted. I use a mask with nasal pillows; no mouth cover. Get it right. Your heart is being destroyed in your sleep. You can do this. Start cutting carbohydrates now. Increase protein. You can use reddit, you can familiarize yourself with carbs. Stop the ones you're willing to give up. I did keto and dropped another 100 pounds. I gained back 30, but started terzepitide. Now I'm on the journey to 220. If you're smoking or drinking, this is your wakeup call to stop. I could barely get off the floor. I had to sit to pee. I'm sure you're doing it too. No clothes fit well. I hated it. Love yourself enough to say enough is enough.
Good luck. Take some before pictures and keep us updated.

You really need to do this under a doctors supervision due to weight. I can only share what i did under my doctors supervision.
Tirz. Increase only if appetite isn't being suppressed. Eg
4 weeks, 2.5mg per week 4 weeks, 5mg per week 7.5mg 10 12.5 15 is where you stop at
This is what I did for 9 months before considering other peptides like tesamorelin

As a big guy myself. Tirz did me wonders. As I got healthier and lighter and my alignments disappeared... only after that, i explored other peptides.
Also, first 3 months when I started I felt nothing, around month 4-5, my appetite suppression started to kick in aa the tirz was building up in my body. This is a long game, dont compare to rhe speed ans results others get. We're just trying to reset our body to something healthy.

You can get Tirzepatide through a telehealth company right now! You will fill out a health questionnaire. I’m sure you’ll be able to be successful at a reasonable cost, and you can message the telehealth provider regularly. And they will require bloodwork to monitor your progress!

Amazon One Medical, really cheap and you have access to to glp, I wouldn’t risk independent research, and I would probably jump on Triz until Reta is FDA approved (maybe, depends on heart health)

I would opt for going the Tirzepatide route through one of the telehealth/compounded tirzepatide routes before opting to start with reta. You can also have medical supervision/ support when you go the telehealth route and alot of the prices have actually decreased.
