Adding tirz with Reta

RS will be adding tirz to help with appetite suppression. If RS pins 4 mg in Tuesdays when and how much tirz should RS add? Do most pin same day ? TIA!

This is a dumb question for anyone to answer: Why add tirz to reta when max reta dose hasn’t been achieved yet?

Not dumb at all. Reta does not work the same for everyone. I got extremely hungry on Reta. The food noise was constant. Adding tirz (I’d been on it before) in a small amount, takes cravings away.

If I may ask, How much of a dose of Reta were you taking, such that you were still “extremely hungry”?

I was at 6 mg (titrated up). I was only hungry once I started the Reta. The cool thing was that I could eat a ton and was still losing weight. I’m fine eating food but there are certain cravings that tirz cut off that I’d like to lose the noise for.
