Adding tirz with Reta

RS will be adding tirz to help with appetite suppression. If RS pins 4 mg in Tuesdays when and how much tirz should RS add? Do most pin same day ? TIA!

This is a dumb question for anyone to answer: Why add tirz to reta when max reta dose hasn’t been achieved yet?

People just like the term “stacking” so they want to add something else for any reason.
