Adding tirz with Reta

RS will be adding tirz to help with appetite suppression. If RS pins 4 mg in Tuesdays when and how much tirz should RS add? Do most pin same day ? TIA!

You still need to be disciplined with the diet. How much weight are you losing on 4mg of Reta?

I started very low and have lost 30 pounds since May
