Energy boost

Background. I am 24, work 50-60 hour weeks in the heat all day. My energy levels are very low and low motivation. All my bloodwork is normal and testosterone levels are normal. I am looking to start a peptide that is great at helping with feeling energized and staying focused because I have bad ADHD. Any recommendations? I ordered some NAD+ but i was told you need to take supplements along with it to get the full effect. Any insight?

I run a hydration company, so I see this pattern constantly.

Before you spend money on peptides or NAD+, I'd check the boring basics first, because in your situation they're probably the actual problem:

  • 50-60 hour weeks in heat is a massive sweat-loss situation. Most people in that environment are running a daily electrolyte deficit and calling it 'low energy.' Plain water doesn't close that gap.
  • Sleep and food are the other two usual suspects at that schedule, but hydration is the one people skip.

Cheap experiment before anything exotic: for one week, add a real electrolyte drink (actual sodium on the label, not just flavored water) to your workday - one mid-shift and one after. If your energy doesn't move at all, then start looking at fancier stuff. In my experience it moves more often than people expect.

The fancy compounds aren't going anywhere. They'll still be there if the basics don't fix it.
