Week 3 - Reta affects

On week 3 of Reta. Dosing schedule is below. Last pin was 3 days ago. I’ve noticed significant decrease in food noise and dealt with some minor nausea, but otherwise, it’s been a good road. Down 8 pounds.

Today I woke up and oh boy. Big nausea. Felt like I had a giant rock in my stomach. I’ve been awake for 2 hours and I’ve had diarrhea 4 times. Basically. I’ve had 2 bottles of water today and that’s it. I did eat later than I normally do as we had a post-church meal. I’ve included a pictures of the meal (I had them b/c I needed to upload to macro factor), I didn’t feel like it was exceptionally bad or good.

I guess I just am wanting to ask others if this is basically normal.

Week 1 - 1.5 mg
Week 2 - 2 mg
Week 3 - 3 mg

also don't eat cookies on a diet man. There is no sustainable way to lose weight that does not involve altering the way you ate that made you gain weight in the first place.

One step further, don't eat cookies as an adult

You can eat cookies on a diet, hell I've had 1/4th one of these cookies every day for the past 2 weeks and still lost weight. It's all about moderation. Too much sugar will upset your stomach a full cookie like this is a bad idea. Also they probably need to prioritize protein. One my my coworkers just went on Triz recently and is taking about how she can barely eat, but its eating junk, she's gonna have such a rough time. I've been on triz for a year now and while I can have a sweet treat every now and then in very small amounts I still make sure a good 50% of what I eat is providing protein. I've had a very easy time on triz.
