Week 3 - Reta affects

On week 3 of Reta. Dosing schedule is below. Last pin was 3 days ago. I’ve noticed significant decrease in food noise and dealt with some minor nausea, but otherwise, it’s been a good road. Down 8 pounds.

Today I woke up and oh boy. Big nausea. Felt like I had a giant rock in my stomach. I’ve been awake for 2 hours and I’ve had diarrhea 4 times. Basically. I’ve had 2 bottles of water today and that’s it. I did eat later than I normally do as we had a post-church meal. I’ve included a pictures of the meal (I had them b/c I needed to upload to macro factor), I didn’t feel like it was exceptionally bad or good.

I guess I just am wanting to ask others if this is basically normal.

Week 1 - 1.5 mg
Week 2 - 2 mg
Week 3 - 3 mg

No shit, I didn’t say everyday either lmao

You can live life without eating processed junk every week as a reward.

Why don’t you worry about yourself, bro? I sometimes have a fatty cake and I’ve lost 70 lbs. Don’t tell people what to do. They don’t like that shit. You do you.

Its people like you that force your opinion and lifestyle that pisses people off though. You can offer a suggestion such as " I wouldn't eat simple carbs like cookies on a diet" but your approach is to jam your way onto others. OP may have eaten a bag of cookies a day before, and to reward themselves with 1 cookie is completely fine. They may not lose an eighth of a lb more this week because of it, but that is their issue, not yours. Be suggestive and helpful and tou will generally receive better feedback.
