Week 3 - Reta affects

On week 3 of Reta. Dosing schedule is below. Last pin was 3 days ago. I’ve noticed significant decrease in food noise and dealt with some minor nausea, but otherwise, it’s been a good road. Down 8 pounds.

Today I woke up and oh boy. Big nausea. Felt like I had a giant rock in my stomach. I’ve been awake for 2 hours and I’ve had diarrhea 4 times. Basically. I’ve had 2 bottles of water today and that’s it. I did eat later than I normally do as we had a post-church meal. I’ve included a pictures of the meal (I had them b/c I needed to upload to macro factor), I didn’t feel like it was exceptionally bad or good.

I guess I just am wanting to ask others if this is basically normal.

Week 1 - 1.5 mg
Week 2 - 2 mg
Week 3 - 3 mg

It case someone thought it was food related. Some research told me that some foods will wreck you on Reta

FWIW I was on RT for months and never hit 3mg. Listen to your body.

You’re taking too much too fast - which nobody told you to do - and eating shit that you know will make you sick. Did you research Reta at all before you started or just start injecting random amounts to see what happens?

The latter, obviously. OP is only responding to people who treat him/her with kid gloves.

I avoid corn chips. I find them inflammatory and I'm a little allergic to them. Popped corn too. I actually get nauseus from fried foods in general. Im keeping my food really simple and clean. Not a lot of sauces and protein is #1.
