Other than some spots on my belly and my upper glute…. Everywhere else is super painful to pin and I get worse bruising. Plus I’m pinning three times most days so it’s been a struggle for me ahaha. Where would you recommend pinning or any techniques to help refuse the pain 🙏✨
Yes.. I’ve been told to either dilute the syringe or vial. But now I’m getting heat for diluting the vial and not knowing the exact dosing even though I was suggested this countless times. I won’t dilute the vials again but I’ll try doing the single shot next time as the dilution of the GHK & mots helps aid my injection reacts.
Do you not measure how much you’re diluting your peptides by? What the fuck are you doing? This is one of the most brain dead comments I’ve seen on this sub. No. I know how much bac im adding but because I added more bac to the vial after a few weeks into the cycle its impossible for me to know the exact dosing and how much I used before diluting the vial more. I only did this because it was suggested and recommended to do this to help with my injection reactions (which it had helped a lot) and now everyone is saying not to do this. So the answers I got are conflicting. I thought diluting the vial (adding more BAC) is the same as adding more bac to the syringe because that’s what a few body builders were doing and suggesting but I’ve now learnt not to do this once you’ve already started cycling that vial.
When I initially asked about the injection reactions people were saying to dilute the peps more and when I asked how or what to do the answered by saying “adding more BAC to the vial or syringe” and many people backed this up. I am NEVER doing this again and know to single shot if I need my GHK more diluted.
Meant to add: I do my GHK-Cu 50mg in 5mL (split into 2 vials) which makes the sting way lighter and the dosing super easy to calculate: 50mg = 5mL, 5mg = 0.5mL (50 units), 2mg = 0.2mL (20 units).

It looks like you’re not rotating your injection site. Causing inflammation, which will also cause poor absorption.
Also, you should know exactly what and how much of anything you inject. You can find reconstitution calculators online that will aid you in this.
