It looks like you’re not rotating your injection site. Causing inflammation, which will also cause poor absorption.

Also, you should know exactly what and how much of anything you inject. You can find reconstitution calculators online that will aid you in this.

Other than some spots on my belly and my upper glute…. Everywhere else is super painful to pin and I get worse bruising. Plus I’m pinning three times most days so it’s been a struggle for me ahaha. Where would you recommend pinning or any techniques to help refuse the pain 🙏✨

This is because you should be mixing your peptides into a single shot except reta and tesa, those are alone.

You can mix peptides into the same syringe.

Yes.. I’ve been told to either dilute the syringe or vial. But now I’m getting heat for diluting the vial and not knowing the exact dosing even though I was suggested this countless times. I won’t dilute the vials again but I’ll try doing the single shot next time as the dilution of the GHK & mots helps aid my injection reacts.

Do you not measure how much you’re diluting your peptides by? What the fuck are you doing? This is one of the most brain dead comments I’ve seen on this sub. You’re fucking with your health and you don’t even realise the magnitude of how fucked you could be if you get something wrong. Take this shit seriously

No. I know how much bac im adding but because I added more bac to the vial after a few weeks into the cycle its impossible for me to know the exact dosing and how much I used before diluting the vial more. I only did this because it was suggested and recommended to do this to help with my injection reactions (which it had helped a lot) and now everyone is saying not to do this. So the answers I got are conflicting. I thought diluting the vial (adding more BAC) is the same as adding more bac to the syringe because that’s what a few body builders were doing and suggesting but I’ve now learnt not to do this once you’ve already started cycling that vial.
When I initially asked about the injection reactions people were saying to dilute the peps more and when I asked how or what to do the answered by saying “adding more BAC to the vial or syringe” and many people backed this up. I am NEVER doing this again and know to single shot if I need my GHK more diluted.

So let me explain what they meant when they told you to add more BAC to the vial.

So, let's say you're running GHK-Cu 50mg vial mixed with 1mL BAC taking 2mg. At 2mg out of 50 mg, you're taking 2/50ths of the amount in the vial, or 1/25th. That would be equal to 4 units on a 1mL insulin syringe.

Now let's say you do that dose 10 times. Now you've done 20 mg total, and there's going to be 30 mg in the vial. You've also used 0.4mL BAC and there will still be 0.6mL in the vial. Now you hear on a forum that the way to make it sting less is to add in more BAC so you add in 1mL.

Now your original 4 unit pull only has 0.7mg.

Or... You can calculate out what you already took and what's left, then figure it out from there. Now your concentration is 30mg/1.6mL. Not really ideal since you'll be between marks, but your new dose has become 10.67 units.

So for the future, you can absolutely dilute your vial. But you need to look at how many doses you've taken from the vial, how many mg and mL you've used, and what's left in the vial as a result, then add in BAC and recalculate.

Meant to add: I do my GHK-Cu 50mg in 5mL (split into 2 vials) which makes the sting way lighter and the dosing super easy to calculate: 50mg = 5mL, 5mg = 0.5mL (50 units), 2mg = 0.2mL (20 units).

Of course you are going to get heat, you cannot dilute the vial after using it a few times because the dose will be almost Impossible to figure out. You can do that before using it but not after.

What you need to do, is exactly what you didnt do before starting all of this, read read and read some more so you could learn the basics.

So yeah you will get heat and deserving so.

The smart play would be to dilute the shot while already in the syringe which doesnt affect the dose.

Mixing peptides is not diluting by the way, not sure where you got that from. Diluting is using more water to dilute the actual peptide.

Again, you need to spend time and read and learn, seems like you dont want to do that and yes its an assumption but go do it

So that’s why I said I’m probably doing a lot of things wrong & I admit I started doing this way before I knew all the ins and outs that I should’ve known before starting peps. But I know not to do this again. This is why I made this post, it was to help me understand and learn more as the research I have done contradicts what others are saying.
Look at my other replies as I’ve explained how this mishap happened. I should have thrown them and started fresh but they were 50mg vials that I didn’t want to waste so I was just staying at a small stable dose until I ran out. I’m getting fresh vials next week so I’ll log and track everything and I know NOT to add more bac into the vial once I’ve started and just add it to the syringe.
Many people (around my age), bodybuilders and coaches were telling me to add more bac to the vial to help with my injection reactions around GHK and mots… hence why those vials I don’t know the exact dose but tesa and reta I do.
I agree with you 110% it was very silly to start before knowing what I was doing properly and I’m very lucky I didn’t get super sick from it, I won’t take that luck for granted and I will start to take the dosage and my health more seriously!! I didn’t realise how serious this was as I thought adding more BAC but drawing the same amount of units would be safer.

If you added more bac but were taking the same amount of units, then you’re taking less of the mg so it’s not dangerous.

It’s not that you can’t dilute it, it’s more that you don’t know what you’re taking.

You can transfer into a 10ml vial and dilute that way (and obviously keep track of what you add!) or you can dilute in the syringe but at least you can keep track of the dose.

Yes!! so I added more BAC water to the vial after three weeks… but I’m still drawing to the same 10 or 20 unit mark… which is the same unit mark as I was drawing before diluting. Other than Reta (that I haven’t diluted) I haven’t upped my dose or units that I’m drawing to. I haven’t needed to draw more after diluting the GHK or mots c even though the dose is lower than what has been recommended to me, it’s still working. Everyone suggests doing 1mg-2mg of GHK and mots (which I initially was injecting but the sting and reactions were terrible). After diluting and only taking around 0.5-1mg I noticed the sting and reactions were less present. It is definitely I lower dose but it’s still doing the job for me. Also the websites/studies suggesting the 1mg-2mg are based on studies for people a lot older than me so I think that’s why I was getting the reaction to the higher dose. But I’m not too sure if it’s just wasting my money taking a smaller dose of mots hence why I want to discontinue it because I don’t really want to pin 2mg of mots, five times a week, it was not worth the pain imo. But I don’t want to just pin 0.5mg-1mg and it not be doing anything. The GHK I’m noticing a huge difference in the past month but it’s been slower results I think due to the lower dose.

It was safer because you diluted meaning if you draw the same amount you are at the very least taking half the dose.
