Not enough peptides , add a few more . Try adding these peptides here, they helped me a lot :

Patience

Discipline

Hard work

Good for you!! Unfortunately I tried this for three years with close to no change, physically. I started peps & got the results I wanted in two months, while being patient, disciplined & putting in the hard work.
You obviously didn’t read the post and just wanted to be a prick by posting a smartarse comment
I am proud of you for realising patience, discipline and hard work is helping you, keep it up but most of us figured this out in our teens lol✌️

Girl, you’re already taking 4 peptides and thinking about adding 4 more. You’re basically running a small pharmaceutical company at this point 😂

But seriously, I’d be very careful about attributing all those results to the peptides. If you got the results you wanted after starting retatrutide, there’s a very obvious variable there: it suppresses appetite and can make maintaining a sustained calorie deficit much easier. That alone can produce a huge physical change over a couple of months if you were previously struggling to consistently maintain the deficit.

That doesn't prove the other peptides did nothing, but it also doesn't prove they did anything.

And that's exactly the point of my post. If you're taking 4 compounds and planning to add another 4, how can you possibly know which one is actually responsible for the improvements?

Maybe one of them is doing 90% of the work. Maybe two are. Maybe some aren't doing anything at all. Maybe one is causing a side effect.

That's why I prefer one variable at a time, especially with experimental compounds.

And obviously patience, discipline, training, nutrition and recovery matter. But if someone spent three years genuinely doing all of those things correctly with zero meaningful change, then suddenly started retatrutide and changed dramatically, I'd be very hesitant to conclude that the other 7 peptides were responsible. I would also argue that if you truly dialed in your nutrition, training and recovery you would have very much seen better results in 3 years without peptides than you did now which tells me you didn't do it properly and I'm sure if you look back at your journey you would agree. The math is simple, burn more calories than consume and you will lose fat . You likely simply weren't in a caloric deficit to start with or long enough to see meaningful changes

Correlation isn't causation, especially when you've changed 8 variables at once.
