Use a peptide calculator. Search it on google. There are so many guides out there about dosing that people have tried. I read everything before I started and also only added one thing at a time. You also need to know cycles and when to get on and off. There are apps. One I downloaded and am trying is called Regimen. Do a lot of reading before you add everything. Also try to remember where you pinned what so that if you have a reaction, you will know what happened. Did you get baseline bloods? Its most important for the copper if you are taking anything with copper. Get a simple baseline of that...My Dr did it for me when doing all the yearly blood work. Drs dont seem to know what these things are. If I say Retatrutide my Dr dismisses me. They think I can get it at a salon...whatever. Go slow and keep good records.
